I’m Kim Vandewater, the founder of Pet Rover, a complete “pet concierge” which specializes in mobile dog grooming and offers a range of additional personalized pet services such as walking, sitting and transportation (for play-dates, vet visits, etc.).

Established in October 2015, this venture is dedicated to my own two rescue dogs: Boo (whose profile inspired my logo), and Hank (whose brawny good looks also grace the side of my van). They both shower me daily with their unconditional love, loyalty, kisses, and complete silliness! After helping me recover from the most challenging year of my life both personally and professionally, they inspired me to leave my corporate career behind and instead follow my passion.

With more than 35 years’ experience in sales and marketing, plus 16+ years volunteering at animal shelters, I have since graduated from the North Jersey School of Dog Grooming and am American Red Cross certified in pet first aid/CPR. I am passionate about enhancing the lives of animals, and it is now my utmost joy to wake up each morning and set out to provide such services for all of Boo & Hank’s furry friends and the pet parents who care for them.
